The Parish Pastoral and Finance Council acts as a consultative body that helps the pastor discern the needs of the community and develop strategies to address them. The Council fosters a sense of belonging and shared responsibility among parishioners, as it allows them to contribute their insights and experiences to the pastoral life of the parish.

The Council also assists the pastor in managing the parish's financial resources. The lay members provide guidance on the administration of parish goods. This structure ensures transparency and accountability in financial matters, which is essential for maintaining the trust of the community.

The Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish Council meets on the second Tuesday of every month in the Holy Family Center.
